Recycled Type 1
Produced from crushed and screened concrete and brick from demolition and construction projects. Well graded, angular aggregate that provides the necessary interlock required for Highway works clause 803 sub- base, road building and path construction. Our recycled type 1 is regularly tested by an independent laboratory and conforms with BS EN 933-1:2012.
Recycled 6F5 (sometimes referred to as 6F2 or crusher run)
Produced from crushed and screened concrete and brick from demolition and construction projects. With aggregate sizes ranging from 125mm down to dust, 6F5 is suitable for trenchfill, as a capping layer for roads prior to sub-base of type 1 and general fill. Our recycled 6F5 is certified to (BS EN 13285 & BS EN 13242) and meets the specification for highways works for capping materials.
